yala, if both tahun buatan & tahun pendaftaran same year no problem. If tahun buatan 2012 but reg year 2013 he loose 1 year value d.

are u a shy lady with no parking skill? maybe the otai can forgive you la for not say hi even you already there. but if you a macho guy, such a waste not taking the opportunity to learn more about the car. they can share lot of things & advise.

my forte also hit by a drunk driven (didnt know that he was drunk) at right side frunt bumper. 1st look at my bumper the damage quite bad & he said go for repair & tell him the cost & he will pay. went to detailing shop nearby & the boy helped me to polish it for free & all the scratches gone away. But still not satisfied with him, told the cost RM250 & he promised to pay by 6. Told him if by 6 still no money credited to my account, will straight away go for police report. Luckily by 6pm he deposited the money & apologized as he was drunk . what to do, only after settled he admitted he was drunk. otherwise will ketuk him for nefd new bumper . by 1.30pm drunk aledi & buat org susah..
