like Michelin PLC..

whose Forte has the vibration ? that Forte could be having unstable idling problem.. ask SC to fix it..
mine steady no vibration and no excessive intrusive sound at all..

but you cannot expect it's NVH twice better than a Honda and equivalent to a Lexus.. from a Kia..

As expected for a 100k car.. Corolla Altis also vibrates what..
Civic no comment because I never liked that car and never bothered to check / experience it.. their chassis ride quality, sound proof, sucks like a Persona
not sure about the new generation Civic.. but then it should be good because plain bread and butter car selling at nearly RM132k (basic ICE no touchscreen)

pearl black paint macam Toyota Alphard.. asked at my regular ketuk2 body shop at Pandan Indah need to spend about RM480.. (asking price RM520)..
but need to leave the car there minimum 3 days.. need time to cover other parts of body except roof, spray nice nice.. and let it be to dry for 48 hours..

Why did you changed to Forte.. ? Civic not good enough meh.. ?

need to spend money, no car to use for work and lepak.. and scared got kena poor workmanship.. I've decided to forget about the black paint roof since last year..

Can send to tayar alignment shop which using fully computerised alignment and balancing system.. ? Luckily mine still very light.. hujung jari still can pusing full U-turn..
I normally send my car for alignment at Michelin Gold Star at Taman Midah or Kee Hin (also Michelin signboard) at Old Klang road.. both of them using high end equipments also..

each time after their repair work.. sure very happy driving back home.. alignment damn straight and centered feel, smooth, light and accurate turning, driving confidence leveled UP..

my car is a budak baik car.. but sometimes naughty to vroommm vrooomm if "Lagi Power Lagi Best" 1.5 Myvi cucuk me mau challenge with my 2.0 potential..

can clarify with them again.. call the SA person in charge of your 1k service..
if they say need you to come back and SC let them check and betulkan back.. should go back there
and betulkan edi.. if anything wrong they're the one should fix everything till well acceptance..

hmm.. my car previously got "check engine" indicator in orange.. SC said "leave your car here for 3 days"..
then ended up for 5 days to check.. 3 working days to repair & replace with new parts under warranty.. 1 day to full inspection and testing..

electronics signals complications caused by ECU.. reprogrammed the wirings with new ECU under warranty..
and then they said solenoid valve kaput caused by faulty ECU caused my car FC naik about 35%.. so they changed the solenoid valve too under warranty..

that's all I know..

I did asked, they didn't check the price because all is under warranty, they just print out the parts claim form and just submit to management in order expedite the parts availability and instal ASAP.. she said got 30 cases in her hands which involved claimed parts warranty also haven't get the quotation and report to HQ..

No.. she didn't answered me what's the total estimated costs of my car repair.. she just say rest assured I will do it all for you at our best without any charges and be confident with our 5 years unlimited km warranty (dang !! she read my previous complaints post in v15 thread.. ???)

and Solenoid Valve thingy.. its the 1st time ever my car claimed for its warranty replacement since the production of all new generation Kia models line-up (Forte, Sorento, Sportage, K5)..

One thing I've noticed.. before my check engine light problem appeared.. my car tends to be vibrates slightly at steering wheel when i lightly tap on accelerator during bumper to bumper crawl traffic.. after all these ECU, electronic signals and faulty Solenoid Valve repairs.. my car now all of sudden super smooth and virtually vibration free at idling and driving at any speeds.. !

acceleration is linear, torquey and brisk too.. FC improved a little bit more as per my 5k km mileage experience..

If you guys think I am a very fussy and likes to complain everything not just Forte, but it's about every car.. it's because I am a very discerning driver..

Even a dude previously tembak me I got a "premium nose" of commented about all kinds of new car smells which one bad which one good..

Please don't misunderstood I don't meant Forte got bad QC and problematic car..

when engine light ON problem appeared.. I drove my car from Cheras Leisure Mall area on the way to Setapak SC..
the fuel gauge dropped 1 bar.. minum Ribena oooo.. normally less than half bar only..

you will never know what they will say and decide.. just talk to them nicely and follow up with them closely..
priority is to get your car problem all solved.. but for your case MDPS only.. not a severe case like mine..

Ehh.. all new Lexus cars has rear cool white bulb at the number plate.. so far didn't kena saman also..
My Waja used bright white LED for rear number plate for 4 and half years oredi (2004 - 2009).. no Mata or JPJ kacau-ed me before
Small light also nope.. White halogen will..

aiyoh.. common sense could tell purple of course cannot lah.. everyone also cannot see..

so far normal white is OK.. blue confirmed cannot..

I used PIAA LED too for my old Waja's number plate..
Now I dowan to spend unnecessary money for cars which I rarely could notice.. sudah insaf oredi..

ermm.. anything else other than white and amber.. cannot woo..
