QUOTE(g88 @ Jan 27 2013, 09:05 PM) Worth! One of the reasons that pushed me to change rims last time is because I had one incident where I tried to open a Forte that wasn't mine |

I always mix up Cheras and Ampang Anyway, i didnt feel much as i guess im a bad driver.. Hahaha Talking about feel. I just upgraded to K&N filter few days back. QUOTE(izputra @ Jan 28 2013, 02:51 PM) It will void the warranty only for suspension system (steering system might involve also especially if u did not use the recommended rim & tire specs), not the overall car warranty. If u worry so much regarding the car's warranty, just keep the ori rims & tires, dont trade it in. Whenever u wanna claim the warranty, just install back the ori rims & tires I also got think of doing that. But there is 2 immediate problems I can think of at that time. Macammana I'm going to carry all 4 rims back home?? And where am I gonna keep it? Btw, who wants to trade with me their dirty used original air filter with my 1 mth old original air filter? RM20 top up |

QUOTE(zouk88 @ Jan 28 2013, 03:07 PM) correct me if im wrong..i heard is if u change the same 17" rim..should b no issue...if u change bigger perhaps anything wrong waranty will void for that system... Not exactly. Depend on mechanic mood one. I went glenmarie SC, one mechanic tell me as long 17" should be fine. I went on to double confirm and ask another mechanic, he say void For me, if its the same size, same offset and etc, SC has no reason to void, coz its like a replica of the ori rims |

QUOTE(g88 @ Jan 29 2013, 07:53 AM) Haha. If you wanna put it that way, modifying your car is illegal too in the eyes of the law Just plate readable from far shouldn't get you in trouble. But then again, see the police mood also |

I was also thinking of getting an alarm system, but those thieves, if they want to steal, what kinda lock / alarm you put also they will angkut your car away one.
I'm actually looking for those type that you call in and they help immobilize your car. Those that you pay some yearly fees.. On the plus side, these alarm systems can be ported over to your new car if you want |
