Is the door inside the plastic in it are hollow? I do feel that the air cond swinging thingy are quite a cheap plastic too... No offence though and its a great car. Correct me if I'm wrong 
yea you're right i do find the air cond swinging thing a bit flimsy and not solid is like if you apply a bit more pressure and it will break easily 
then again the preve is a good car and hope they make improvements on the hatchback version
