QUOTE(kyox88 @ Feb 8 2013, 10:31 PM) couldnt agree more...however MT the gear 1 seems got problem abit, hard to enter sometime..and u need to press extra oil too after releasing the clutch...m still nt used to it Preve MT method is release clutch let the move forward then press oil release clutch and press oil same time the "over smart ECU" will do engine braking (waste your oil) kononnya to ensure smooth pickup slow like siput Everyone who intend to get Preve MT pls test drive it during working/lunchtime hours and try some hilly slopes. If U can handle it can Buy, this Preve MT ECU profiles not the same as others Proton MT Confirm u feel less power than MT Saga BLM on slope

QUOTE(edmunz @ Feb 10 2013, 11:41 PM) hate my car to the core.. bumpy ride, spongy brake, lousy chair.. really irritate me.. Proton expects owners to replace those things to theirs likings. Proton already earns your money, the problems is yours now On first page there are 88 "brave supporter" only less than 5% posted regularly HERE the rests ALL same like you? Those 88 must be super confident of Preve quality TAKKAN u are better than Proton making cars 30years experience and had tested driven PREVE for more than 200,000km before selling to u Preve nice to see NOT nice to sit?

QUOTE(intrepid @ Feb 23 2013, 01:07 AM) woww...so far my experience with my nearly 1 mnth old cfe preve is good, until just now...sigh...when I want to go out to meet my friend, after only about 300m, the engine start to semput and shut off. Tried to crank it, manage to get it running, but still semput-semput, but if rev engine no problem. Left it idle it become semput again. Manage to force drive it and park at the other apartment block parking lot nearby. Suspect fuel run out as yellow light blinking before that, fill up 5 litre fuel, start again, still same problem. Call I-care, he said try cabut -ve terminal batery to reset ECU, then try start again. I tried but still same prob. Tomorrow morning my be towed to Glenmarie SC. Hopefully they can check and fix it by tomorrow. Haihh...very embarrassing moment, nasib baik sempat parking, if stranded at side of hway, lagi malu...proton come on what are your software/electrical/electronics engineers doing? sOrrY the parts suplliers suppose to give/find solutions Proton only buys parts and installs only, proron engineers only test/approve the solutions given from suppliers/contractors the company aware of the problems long time ago cannot wait until all problems solved then only sells to malayisans, the overheads costs is very high rugi berbilion billion.

QUOTE(yfyee @ Mar 24 2013, 12:43 PM) TQVM Sifu for the kind reminder to read through the owner's manual. Actually I had read through the manual book but could not find the explanation that necessary to solve the problem. Anyway I will read through the book again. For examples pictures page 68 and 69 do not explain the situation as the gear lever is in 'P' Park position. Or maybe Sifu can help me to locate the correct page/s for the discussed scenario. Please help and thank you very much. You need to send car to Sc for indepth diagnosis. If Sc also cannot SOLVE the problem within reasonable time, then you are not alone, since all CFE use the same supplied parts, its about the problems appearing sooner or later. SC will replace the whole of suspected faulty parts. AFTER 5 years you have to pay full cost, yes replaced can still happen after few years. More parts are likely to fails at your own expenses.
