I am here to say , that I am not the least bit sympathising with any of you who got conned. Why? Read :

1. For the guy whose gf asked for a photocopy of kawasaki's IC, u've got a gf with damn real brains, congrats, enjoy her. As for urs, ur head is empty. Passing money without receiving goods on the spot is plain dumb , stupid and idiotic. Couldnt u wait till he had the goods then only u proceed to meeting him?

2. To those who are talking about police reports, JPN JPJ watever J J J department from where u got ur info from. Stop procastinating and DO THAT POLICE REPORT NOW, U DONT NEED PEOPLE TO ACCOMPANY YOU ON A TRIP TO THE POLICE STATION or URGE U TO DO IT. But in the end, like many of the cases in LYN, i bet u'll just hang up ur words, and end up not making the report and let the person get away.

3. For those that talk crap like ganging up on him when u c him, or ask for his address so u can find him if he stays in ur area, puh lease save ur so called 'righteous justice' in ur stomach. I doubt u will really do it deep down inside. Whats there for u? u're using up space. u dont even know the guy, or his face, neither were u there during the transaction, and even more likely u wont even give a damn because the buyer or the seller arent related to u in anyway unless they're ur family or frens, otherwise they're just strangers doing they're everyday shopping here like u do.

4. For the idiots who keep suggesting that his bank account be frozen. Get this right and straight once and for all, Maybank Citibank Public Bank watever bank wont give their 2 cents to u for watever reason u have to freeze people's account because it is their policy that they protect their customers rights(accounts for this matter) even if u bring ur evidence to their very own eyes and they'll just play along or entertain u awhile with their customer's relations officer until you finally give up after listening to their hour long customer policy. YOU WILL NOT GET TO DO ANYTHING AGAINST HIM UNTIL U HAVE DONE UR DAMN POLICE REPORT LIKE I MENTIONED ABOVE.

*The police may not give their 2 cents to you too, so u want ur money back u'll have to hire a good lawyer who has influence, but of course thats for large amounts of money that u loss.

Finally, stop being naive, dumb deaf and stupid. There have been many cases and you should always use ur brains when dealing in these stuff. READ :

1. If can meet up with him, do so at all costs unless ur postal involves small amounts (like less than rm100??). And puhlease puhlease puhlease, make him bring the goods along or dont meet up at all until he has the goods.

2. From outstation? Find someone u trust from the area and ask him to meet up with the seller for you (of course reward him for taking his time 2 help u la), or take the risk and use a postal, bearing in mind 1st 2 check his reputation and validity of goods like if the stock is really available or did he just came up with the stock 1 day ago and message u on the spot (<<< thats really fishy, cuz u know all decent dealers will know when their stock is arriving and when they do they normally announce it a week earlier, stocks dont just pop out of thin air u know, unless it doesnt exist in the 1st place)

3.What can i say, use ur head. Dont be naive.

well well, looks whos talking, whos the one that one to use the parang to cut down people? really u'll do it? Save ur jokes, joker.

Paying money on the spot face to face without getting the goods is dumb. Thats a fact.

Blinky save ur literature for ur own. No one wants to spend time arguing the classics with you. Really, shut up and go hide urself in a corner. I aint got time to continue on with u.

These guidlines have been there for ages, follow it and greatly minimise the risk of getting conned (theres no 100% risk free). Cases like these have happened time and again for ages, you have the option of exercising caution. Dumb or maybe ignorant is the perfect word for u if u didnt heed teh guidelines that would've otherwise saved ur money in the certain situations.

doesnt seem like the case has had any progress.. if only people take the necessary steps and precautions.

People who are conned always shout back at others claiming others don't know what it feels like to be conned, but thats naive. Everyone has been fooled once, the difference is the seriousness.

Take necessary precaution, keep a cautious mind and demand your rights of security and information from seller, otherwise don't buy.
