looks liek it is unsolve...i believe bringing this case to politicians is better than bringging it to police.....(police wouldnt do anything)...
but if MCA and DAP..they would do something for u....

Added on November 3, 2008, 2:27 amand i saw a thread(ftzone)  of the way to make the police to investigate...not just report to police but also make them to open an IO case...i believe this case is strong enough to open an IO case....

Here are what I did since my police report.
1. Police Report.
2. Report will be handed down to an IO (Investigating Officer) It could be a Sergeant, Inspector or C.I.D
3. Got the name and contact number of the IO.
4. Asked IO if the case is strong and it is worth investigating.
5. Follow up with your IO on the case.

i'm sure that this b*****d man will not refund even a single cents..

he's told me that him refund me back using cimb clicks..but after 3 days waiting..

there's still no transfered money..he's text word is very nice like an angel la..

i have done many ways to rid him but still not work..even i got a help from my bro(police)..huhuhu..

1. people won't help us even we provide them with the conman address ( caz malaysian good behavior - takot )
2. if people never get cheated, they won't even bother to find him out, only post comments like "i think i saw him", "i wanna bash him", and sleep nicely on their bed.

do u knw why more and more conman is coming out? because look! all the conmen even with pics and address uploaded, no action is being done at all. they are not afraid at all. why? because those who got conned are just sitting in home praying to god to get bck their money.

i cant stop myself from putting someting here. honestly i felt that the owner/admin/moderator of lyn is doing nothing to stop all this scammers. nothing i've seen so far being done besides 'advising' others to be more careful with their trades and giving their own sites a bad name. at least there should be someone to monitor the whole thing besides jus blocking, deleting or even 'enforcing' others in the forum. i think it is time to put a stop to all this bullshit and start cleaning up lyn from being a scammer haven.......

at least log down details and put on a page the list of scammers details and proof. dont just keep posting 'if u dont have concrete..blah blah blah', 'unrelated to this case please...blah blah blah' and etc. someone just isnt doing enough to stop all this thing.........get up, group up and start to think of a way to stop all this once and for all. btw, don say not enough staff n etc, i'm sure u all earn a lot from ads n etc........

Tracked down & met him before this but what to do with him besides giving him a good whacking? I just want my RM1,000 plus which he conned me before & that's all. No point whacking him up nicely without getting back a single dollar what. Well, at least for me I won't get my hands dirty without getting back my hard earned $$$.

Latest update, I saw him driving a FD1 Honda Civic 1.8 stopped at traffic lights near Sri Gombak.
