Paint stripper will save you a lot of time stripping the paint. Seams and stuff, and grills are impossibly hard to stripe with sandpaper and wire brush. Spend a wee bit on paint stripper and you will see everything dissolved in 20-30 mins.

i have tried...but after using it...the new paint just wont stick...somekind of "undissolveness" happen kikiki.... drool.gif ....

Paint stripper are usually water based if not mistaken. After you stripped off the paint, you will want to run it under the water for a prolonged time to rinse off evertyhing. If the paint doesn't stick on bare aluminium, prime it with some primer.

so...i decided to made one...

i cast myself a feet from pure alluminium molten 680 celsius hot..

the mistake is..i take the casting process picture with mobile phone camera...better not to upload it... biggrin.gif

updates for midplate and drivebay plate...i choose white interior for no reason sweat.gif rather than black...to me its look clean and a sign of "HOPE" tongue.gif ....
