My current PC of 3-4 years:

Mobo : MSI 870A-G54 (MS-7599)
CPU : Phenom II X4 945 3.0ghz
GPU : GTS 250
PSU : GIGABYTE Superb 550
RAM : 2 of 2gbs Pc3-10700

The pc is used only for gaming. It plays BF3 on low at around 30-50 fps but in some places like metro tunnel where there is fire wreckage it goes down to 15-25 fps. So yeah i know its getting really out dated and am wondering if anyone can give me pointers on what i can keep or must i throw everything out to use HD7870. Im not looking to OC or anything like that at the moment. Just to play current games and upcoming games like Crysis 3 which demands a good gpu. The mobo is an AM3 amd mobo and if there is any AM3 amd processor thats good enough to not get bottlenecked please do advice.

Thank you in advance smile.gif
