This. Ignore everything else, this is what works because it affects the muscles directly. The reason why breasts sag is because of the breakdown of collagen holding the breasts in place. It degrades as a result of time and gravity, therefore other than a boob job, your only real hope of keeping them perky is keeping the muscles under them perky.
