Yoobao in my opinion is best bang for bucks. Just make sure you are buying genuine products so get it from trusted retailers.

Does Eneloop charges devices as fast as Xiaomi? Seems like the output for Eneloop is only at 1A if a single port is used.

Best not to be cheapskate when buying a powerbank. Get a reputable brand from a genuine reputable seller.
