Guys. I have issue with the Yoobao 665 powerbank. I bought it recently and attempt to charge it with my universal adapter. It seems like the head of the charger is kinda loose with the universal adapter. Is it normal? Cause I did try on another Universal charger and it had the same issue. And in order to have it charge properly, I have to twisted the charger around in order to get electricity. And sometime I do experience electricity shock. I have verified this through website that this is genuine. Any sifu can help? Thanks!!
