only takes a second for the bells to land, which dashing stun may help, or there's blind.

only variable is if shields are actually viable. if the shield can prolong the fight to void/delay serenity usage, then its useful. else might as well ditch it for DW and opt TGP + 6th sense and high dex.

the same goes for 7ss anyways. and cc's are going to land like it or not. if anything you can opt to swap bells with 7ss for less spirit cost, and an invuln period which hopefully can delay serenity usage, or maybe stay after serenity usage to get it cooled for 2nd time (highly doubt considering current state of game rofl)
