QUOTE(off_shore @ Jan 19 2013, 10:57 PM) Err.. the firmware im downloading now from sammobile is in zip format. Unzip the file using winrar or 7zip. You will get another file with a similar name, but ending with "tar" extension. This file is what you need to use with PC odin. For more detailed info and instructions, go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1896696

QUOTE(off_shore @ Jan 20 2013, 12:45 AM) OMG..flashing the LL7 stock rom via Odin takes forever yo! It has been an hour and still stuck in system.img Did you follow all the the instructions in the link given? Normally it only takes less than 10 minutes to flash. I guess you could try to re-flash, but read again the instructions properly, and that you have all the files needed, especially USB Samsung Drivers installed or KIES installed (but KIES should not be running). I assume you had your phone in download mode before connecting to the computer?

QUOTE(joytest @ Jan 24 2013, 10:20 AM) I finally decided to check on my bootloader: XXALJ1 [attachmentid=3278046] Curious, what is the advantage of retaining old bootloader, or disadvantage with new bootloader?
