Ok Triangle Away 2.37 did the trick. In the download mode everything are Official now.

Ya , even flashing Symbian or Meego is not so complicated . And the stupid thing is to install an app , u have to flash it in  Even crapple is not so protective . Word is , Samsung is now bringing Tizen into their phone line starting this year to replace Android for most of it's devices .

There's meltemi also...god knows what happened to that lol. I wish symbian just dies and get replaced by Tizen for those "smarter" phones that nokia makes

Ok, I just reinstalled back TA 2.60 and the status in the download mode remains Official but in the system status still stuck at Modified.

Everything settled, download mode is Offcial and system status back to Normal.

I just flashed the new Thailand MA5 firmware with Mobile Odin to maintain root... With this firmware the yellow tint on my screen is gone..

guys, anyone tried any bluetooth keyboard with this SGN2? Intend to get the logitech Bluetooth Keyboard, but wasn't sure if its good. any recommendation? coz sometimes i need to sent emails and its hard to type on the screen for lengthy contents.

Hey guys, i got a very weird scenario here. Last week my note 2 reboot itself and stuck at the logo screen for no reason and cant even boot into recovery mode, plus the my screen will have white flash occasionally going on. So i send it fot warranty and they give me a one for one unit exchange, which means a totally new model. However, i just realise that at the storage space, it shows free storage 5.36GB only instead of 11GB something for a 16GB model. Any one has any idea for this weird scenario? Dont tell me they change the whole internal memory for me and tell me is a new phone=.= but i checked the IMEI and it is indeed a new phone.

just did a factory reset, still shows the same. is there any way i can fix it myself? like flashing a new ROM or repartition it back to 16GB? or imy only solution is to send it back to the shop 

yeah.. went to XDA and again there are still many unfamiliar terms. i will find one day, sit down properly and digest everything first lol.

any suggestion which is the best ROM? i heard someone discussing about ROMOW previously.

thinking of rooting and installing a new ROM to my NOTE2 but since i'm such a newbie and after following the thread for 2 versions daily, it seems like there are still MANY difficult terms i have yet to understand. so it's kind of scary..

I thought of that too, so just in case *choi if anything happens on my note2, can I just use this software to revert everything back to stock including it's recovery, rom or even bootloader to RMA? Imma just worried when they declined to RMA if my unit spoilts. I might just consider mod it's NatureUX to 3D UI by Coldfustion. lol

If I not mistaken, I did saw other seniors here mentioned other ROM as well besides ROMOW, such as Du@lNote, Omega and even ARHD 8.

These are what I did.

1. While on 4.1.2 DLL7 I reset back the counter by using TA 2.37.
2. Open up MOP and flashed MA5 with all the options checked including Wiping data, cache and dalvik cache.
3. After finished flashing and rebooted, straight away went to Google Play to download TA 2.60 and run it and checked on the The System Workaround fix.
4. Rebooted the phone.

What you dun understand?
