QUOTE(arslow @ Jan 18 2013, 02:23 AM) what to do, cant really complaint since they will still be the first to update a 2012 phone to 4.2 =/ I really want to see the candy 4.2 gives. Just hope they give some stuff of their own, since 4.2 is hardly different than 4.1 for non-nexus phones. Me, i'm still hoping they fix the framerate issues these phone has. Sigh, having sensitive eyes are annoying lol Tried Nexus 4 the other day, came with 4.2.1, really well-speced phone. QUOTE(Noobi3 @ Jan 18 2013, 02:26 AM) semi touch and full touch ? That's for recovery which comes with the kernel . I'm not using it so after flashing , i flash back TWRP recovery . Which means it will overwrite my current Cheng Lu CWM? |

QUOTE(arslow @ Jan 18 2013, 02:32 AM) yeah, hopefully samsung surpise us wih some nice useful options rather than apps Thanks for that. I tried to Google this kernel but can't seem to get any concrete results.I would choose semi touch as Chenglu CWM is semi touch iinm. Full touch should be the mad one lol where u might never know what the heck you end up clicking Go for semi touch Or I searched using the wrong name? Anyway, I better hit the sack now. I "swore" in front of my bosses today that I will sleep before 10.30. Yes, my panda eyes are pretty significant and obvious these days. Been working like a mad cow for the past 2 weeks ever since the beginning of 2013... Finally all the stuffs are done and most importantly salary was already out yesterday. I'm kinda relieved |

QUOTE(chteh0721 @ Jan 18 2013, 09:45 AM) ok thanks for the info. I'm using DiGi and so far I still can bear with it. It is quite slow but again I hold on with it due to my DiGi Ambassador plan.By the way, any digi user here ? Which modem that you using for note2 ? I'm having problems with digi network at my house, no signal at all, with iphone still can get 1 bar. Already complaint to digi but always the same reply: your phone problem At home I'm using WiFi that transmits from Maxis connection which shared by a router. While I was wiping my phone yesterday, I noticed a very tiny hair line scratch on my screen.
I don't know how this happens and I'm using Liquid Armor all this while. Sigh. This post has been edited by fruitie: Jan 18 2013, 10:50 AM |

I'm looking for an offlline gps since I'm not subscribing any internet plan on this gadget, yet. You will need a data plan else its potentials cannot be fully unleashed. QUOTE(sode @ Jan 18 2013, 03:11 PM) I have subscribed a BIS maxis for 2 years that will only end January 2014 - which I regret forever. Having my Bold 5 for a 24/7 internet connection. I reckon my Note 2 can survive a year relying on just wifi, hopefully. BIS also can use with Note II right?Ty fruitie. I was from BlackBerry too, then during the first week I didn't contact DiGi to terminate my BIS, I was still able to surf net everything. So long it comes with Internet plan, then it is workable. BIS is only workable with the presence of BlackBerry phones. |

QUOTE(sode @ Jan 18 2013, 03:25 PM) Can because I was from BB too before started using Note II. My boss is also using her BIS plan on her iPhone, she is on Maxis. QUOTE(benny888 @ Jan 18 2013, 04:08 PM) You can use the data plan . No need change simcard provided yours is microsim. Just inform Telco to cancell the BIS service Cannot cancel for now because it is under contract and he will be penalized. So have to continue using it until the contract ends.
