QUOTE(Harddisk @ Jan 19 2013, 12:51 PM) With SP? If yes, you applied it damn well. Good job son. Anyone here using any launcher with customizable dock like Launcher Pro? Hard embedded wallpaper is good but not flexible.

most of my friend who got themselves 32 or 64gb smartphone but after a year they ended up using just merely 8-10gb. Don't care to much for the SD storages guys, you (IMHO), won't be using that much.
Other than that, reading files from SD card is much more slower than internal storage itself.
And nexus 4 is not really suitable for watching long movies due to the easily heat up and fast depleting battery.
Get a tablet if you want to enjoy 1080p movies.

QUOTE(benny888 @ Jan 21 2013, 08:45 AM) Flashing kernel will not wipe any data Okay bro I'll go with Franco.kernel then! Any feedback on the battery consumption in Franco? The stock Kernal is seriously big problem on the battery. Even with 3g and WiFi off, the battery drops few percent every 1 hour. Once I turn on my 3g and it starts syncing all the background data and checking mail, the battery drops 4% in 5 minutes OMFG. This post has been edited by josh.: Jan 21 2013, 10:09 AM

This is my battery usage. Charged since last night around 6. Notice the latest 3 hours the battery dropped like a shit rocket once I turned on my 3g. Goshy gosh. If you zoom it bigger you can see the last 30 minutes range, the battery graph is like 90 degree depleting. Where I surf lowyat forum for 10 minutes. One question: If i flash franco kernal and stick to stock rom (4.2), can I upgrade my OS to 4.2.1 without flashing my kernal back to stock? Can I freely upgrade my OS to 4.2.2 in the future?

QUOTE(benny888 @ Jan 22 2013, 07:31 PM) Upgrade through OTA you must be on stock kernel You can easily flash 4.2.1 or 4.2.2 stock google image yourself using the toolkit - your Franco kernel will be overwritten with stock kernel okay thanks for the tipsy!
