more emphasis on tactical and team work, like Chromehounds. i'm more excited for this game than GoW, so that we can yell at on another for chiong himself or ask for backup but no team mates that come.

I agree with Arj, the game is much more approachable to the newbie like me compared to GRAW. No doubt graw is very good but i find this control scheme and ease of play much better.. .but the thermal imaging altough effective gives me a headache after a while, but then cannot see the enemy so well... KAPOW died

After the video at 1UP and this demo, confirm a must get!

Hmm.. after trying out the demo, I'm still on the fence, wait to see how the multiplayer stuff turns out. Of course, being able to lpay through the whole campaign in Co-Op is definetly a nice feature to have.

But I miss the GRAW PiP video.. (damn what did they call that again?) can't see what my team mates are seeing and what they're up to.

I enjoyed the demo, it felt like a slightly more arcadey/easier GRAW (which is good, because I was rubbish at GRAW). And more intuitive to play. Plus, rapelling down the wall and jumping through the glass firing at enemies is superb.

Does the game end when you meet the hostage and get surrounded by people? Because I don't think I died but I got the "BUY THE GAME!" screen after that.

I had no desire to get this game before, but now I'm quite tempted.

AGREED in getting the game. But, I kinda feel that GRAW has a more 'tactile' feel to it, something more tangible. Maybe, felt there was too many things to press - snake cam la.. this la.. move to door la.. that feels a bit clinical.

Maybe if I play it more - it would be better. But again, this game is something that i have to get - am sure the multiplayer is gonna rock.

Cross com, to me I thought the cross com was ho hum on the 360 coz you couldn't enlarge the screen and it was kinda smallish. On the PC version you could enlarge it.

Just tried the demo. Have to say I am so disappointed. Rainbow Six games have always been complex, this one is just way too simple. The AI is once again God-like. Seems like everyone in Vegas can see in the dark. This game is really lacking the complexity of GRAW.

think so it's M8 Carbine, saw the gun in GRAW but couldn't remember the name.


too complex and it become hard to enjoy the game. the old R6, doing all the route planning takes like forever, plus how come they know the exact location of all the enemies. with all the smokes the night vision range become very limited, use the thermal vision IMO is much better.


after going down the chopper, the only way i know to go down is rappelling on the left side, until i watch the gameplay video and notice there's a stair in right side.
i also saw on the video that you can put silencer to your weapon, anyone know how to do this?

rappelling down will make you looks cool so no biggie

tried the demo, totally changed my impression on R6 series, like what xxboxx mentioned, making the game too complex is real hard to enjoy (route planning, need to co-ordinate with few team together ->bravo/alpha )

and this game is really more like GRAW to me and much faster pace compare with GRAW. this definately must get game end of this year (besides GOW)

IIRC just press and hold the reload button. A pop-up menu will appear, just select the silencer icon to use it.
