Get a video cam or camera and film the a$$hole in the act then send to the theSTAR I think there is section where they will publish photos taken by the public...

It should teach your inconsiderate neighbour a thing or two about humiliation...






Other thing is catch the fool in the act and trigger your car alarm evertime he comes near...

I did that to those mat motor that like to lean on my car... the alarm not sensitive so I manually trigger it everytime I see them lean on or near my car.

Eventually they gave up and left... coz it's annoying to be near such loud noise and neighbours come out to investigate so they got no peace to lepak and finally ciao
