- From the contract you should know your salary including allowances
- Your contracted working hours
- Leave amount per annum (any clauses that if taking leave would affect your allowance)
2. Ask a lot of questions during the interview especially work culture, average working hours, location you are based at.
You would definitely have no obligation to do anything for the company if you have not signed any contracts.
and do remember, the company is not liable to pay u $$$ if there's no black and white. yeah, verbal agreement does lawfully bind, but ur words will go against his words. nth will progress unless there are willing witness.
well, that's one thing. in ur case, if u have sign the doc, then u may in for a more horrid time trying to quit.
that's y u must make sure everything is in order before starting.
