nope ... but my plan in OCS will be ending in 31 Oct 2016 ... so actually it starts when the payment is successful .. not when u receive the phone?

just now on fb .. DiGi has commented waiver of penalty is only applicable for walk-in customers :S

guys ... those whose bill cycles are around these few days .. please check your bill ... Digi has imposed RM500 penalty in the bill

any1 free to call to Digi and request for waiver and provide us guidance in how to do so successfully?

Mine was not shown in bill info but i have received email from Digi regarding this ...

Mine ending in 14 December 2014

As explained in previous thread ... The waiver can only be done in the digi store by walk in purchase

called and they mentioned some other may have made different amount of advance payment previously hence no penalty

and i still have to pay RM500 in full as a penalty ..

why I'm the only one to be penalised? vmad.gif
