Hi guys,

I am new to this thread. Been visiting this thread once in a while but never posted until now. Recently decided to start collecting Lego again after stopping for a long time because of Shell Ferrari (what a surprise blink.gif laugh.gif). Hope to get to know you guys better and hopefully not get poisoned by everything biggrin.gif

I most probably won't post much since I do not have so much budget to keep up and also have no space yet to display everything laugh.gif

Ah where did you get Queen Anne and how much is it? I'm also currently scouting for that set after seeing how beautiful the Black Pearl is biggrin.gif

Anyway completed my R2-D2 finally

Overall experience? Had a fun time building it especially fixing all 3 legs. The head can be turned 360 degrees and comes with a R2-D2 minifig as well. All in all, I love this collector set and definitely worth the money spent. biggrin.gif thumbup.gif

haha thanks! Height is around 32cm while width is around 20cm. Just nice to fit in the ikea display cabinet with a little space left on the side. A mini spotlight on four corners shinning it would be better laugh.gif

Hmm yea the price definitely went up and it's hard to find. I was lucky to get a set from a LYN seller for his last set laugh.gif According to Lego site, it's still available and not discontinued yet. now hoping to find and get Queen Anne's revenge if price is not too expensive.

I should measure the height of the cabinet first, the gap is too wide.  Maybe put a nice reserve space for series 9 and 10.
For my other minifig, sw, spongebob, toy story...  I would like to use the ikea frame  nod.gif
Hey,  forgot to say thanks.  I really appreciate some of you guys warn me about using UHU glue to stick those.  I must admit, i did an experiment with them and it really melt!!  Haha.  So now using double sided tape.
