went there this morning, managed to settle everything (need to pay 10% for tax)
Penang Kastam/Post Office seems friendly, able to talk/dig info a bit...
-saw their store room is fulled with USPS parcel/package/box (over 80%)
-the tax officer told me that lately got a lot of ppl buying Lego stuff and she is seeing it almost every week (didn't know Penang got so many ppl buying/trading Lego)

Lol planning to separate the buildings in individual display rack first till I have the $$$ to order a customized display case to display all. Also some are hidden inside the drawer for now until I can find a nice and suitable display rack

For modular buildings, you will only regret NOT getting it instead of getting it. Be warned though, once you start there is no stopping!

Info sharing. Parkson Online store has a few Creator sets listed in stock, last year's sets though - blue roadster, propeller, and the street rebel. They even have a ninjago NRG Zane spinner listed @ 34.90.

First time user will have 20 bucks credited to your e-wallet after you register.. can be used for purchase above 150. pretty good option to get the creator sets with some discounts I'd say.
