Explain to them that it is for the sake of your future. Like some other mentioned here, you want to gain as much exposure as possible when you first start working. And it seems HW is the best choice pertaining to that. Don't worry about initial salary because after just few years you can demand even more and hop to different company. No matter what you choose, I wish you all the best.Cause I plan to wait for the situation to get better, then I could reapply for Huawei again
