hi, anyone can share the grade level/ranking look like. Will attend a session this week.

Browsing thru many pages, quite informative.

Once you join , the will send you to Shenzen for 1 month training rite.
Some saying we need to use our money n claim back later, does n't Huawei provide corporate CC like AMEX etc..? If you away for months dun think you can carry that much of cahs with you rite? blush.gif
Btw, how do I reach etiqa twin tower from KLCC Monorail ( i am not staying in KL)

Attended d technical session with a RnD folk from Shenzen, man you need speak in Mandarin.....
All technical term went hey wyre....
Luckily he is RnD n can deal with it...

Overall took 2.5 hrs according to him exceeded the usual timing.

No chance to ask about other stuff and will post again next week after speak to director and HR.

Any insider can reveal the salary range and job code range like eng toward manager...

Wow amazing i went through at least 30 pages here and almost 99.99% of the jobs mentioned is technical/engineer job.

HuaWei dont hire any other position?

One thing i heard was that internet and web surfing is completely blocked in the office except emai.

Is that true?
It depends on the department. Some departments will allow you to use internet and web surfing, some are not (such as those TSD). However, you need to apply for the proxy right and see if your supervisor & director are going to approve it.

U.S. Works to Counter Electronic Spy Risks

The Obama administration is quietly working to counter potential risks posed by foreign telecommunications companies' expansion in the U.S. market, which federal officials say they fear could make the nation vulnerable to spying.

The initiative, previously unreported, doesn't target a particular company or country, but China remains a focus of U.S. government concerns about electronic spying. And a key impetus for the new initiative is the U.S. expansion of Chinese telecommunications company Huawei Technologies Co., according to people familiar with the White House deliberations.

The effort looks "broadly at the opportunities, risks and implications of reliance on global, commercial markets," ...

one of a reason why we dont like the way Chinamen handling this matter
