The above sentence of hers clearly shows her obtuse stupidity and twisted thinking. Would any normal, sane, right-thinking person be so proud and boastful of being a 'senior consultant' of a dubious goldco company that's high on Bank Negara's CONSUMER ALERT LIST and runs the risk of being raided at any time with all their assets seized?! Is this what she meant by having done her 'DUE DILIGENCE'. What rubbish supporting documents does she possess?! I challenge her to prove the authenticity of each and every document and I will prove to her that her company is NOT licensed, neither authorized nor approved by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) to carry out what is clearly 'illegal deposit taking' under Sec 25. (1) of BAFIA which reads,

"No person shall receive, take, or accept deposits except under and in accordance with a valid licence granted under section 6 (4) to carry on banking, finance company, merchant banking or discount house business."

Besides that the company may also be guilty of violating Section 4 (1) (a) of the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001.

I also challenge Pat Lulu to validate that she can accept deposits from the public without a valid license under Subsection 6(4) of the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 (Act 372) through schemes involving gold transaction.

So for potential investors reading this, protect your life savings. Please call and make a report to Bank Negara at the number below the moment you received an email, sms or call from Pat Lulu and her consultants giving full details to the BNM Enforcement officers of her latest scam.
