As everyone said, BR got the wrong tactics on the 1st half. Sturridge should have started in place of Sterling because BR should know Suarez will be mark tight as we have seen last night where up to 3 people marking him at some times. When Sturrigde on, you could see he manages to distract the defenders a little bit. We got to see a glimpse of link up play between the two strikers. I am excited to watch them play together soon.

The moment Enrique being subbed off and Skrtel came in.. I already starting to recalled the home game against City. Skrtel struggling to mark Arguero and Reina obviously didn't trust Skrtel that much resulting him making that stupid mistake. He knows he fakap the game and his face shows that when ref blow the final whistle. Will this game become the decider for BR to confirm buy a keeper next season?

Surprisingly Carra is in good form considering how little his playing time this season showing his experience makes the difference. And seing how in form Hendo and Downing currently, Sterling will surely start less game from now on.

Last night line up seems like the best 11 we have and hopefully BR will stick with this selection. We could not afford to drop points anymore.

Dont forget how well Suarez and Sturridge partnership started to look. Now opposing defenders got more headache to deal with. With Stevie not sulking and in form, defenders are not looking forward to face us now.

QUOTE(dillonyong @ Feb 4 2013, 03:05 PM)
Correct. Defenders are not looking forward to meet us but Strikers and Forwards and Wingers are very much looking forward to meet us. tongue.gif
It's easy job for them in the following order:

One cut in, one quick crossing, one tap in. Goal.
One long cross, target man knock it down, and forward bang it to the side net. Goal
One big man standing firm, running past 3 of our players and then side foot Reina. Goal
One corner, 4 to 5 fellas charging in and challenging it and almost always win a clear header and taaaa daaa. Goal

And if all else fails, there are 2 more options:

1) our defender will back pass to their player, one on one with Reina, bang. Goal.
2) Reina will come out and leave it wide for the goalpost to get rape. Goal.
So they are pretty much looking forward to meet us. All they have to do is to be more clinical in punishing us especially aerial attack. That is all. They dont need 60% possession. Hell, they only need 23% possession, bang in a few and then park the bus. Job's done.
