bro, are they like sticker or have to use tape to stick on enclosure? if touch water will get crumple etc?

They are not sticker,you have to use double-tape or you may use blue tack that is recommended by jteohyq. The material might not stand long if it's get into contact with too much water, but it wont get spoiled easily.

Im using it myself, I've experimented with numbers of enclosure labeling method before I came to this. Just hope it can help others too.
