You main concern should be on diet, coz as far as concern which I read from your statement, u do jogging every morning n do some push ups etc, but do you actually know how much exercise is how much, how much diet is how much?

Man boobs is coz by excess fat, everybody knows, and to remove it means to remove total bodyfat around your body, which means total body workout, which means not only push ups but squats for legs, pull ups for backs etc..

I suggest the first thing you do is that if everyday you are consuming sugary drinks such as teh ais, teh o ais, sirap etc, try to reduce that to only 1 serving per day, coz the main culprit of excess calories which develops fat comes from sugary drinks, which most of us took almost everyday..

Then, try exploring some total bodyweight exercise which focuses on overall body parts.. I suggest squats, pull ups and push ups..make some variations towards the exercise once it becomes easy for you, why? this is coz your body adapts easily towards your routine, and that will slow down your fat loss progress, therefore you either need to squat/ pull up/ push up with more weights/ more repetitions/ more intensity.. you might want to do sets of 3-4 of 8-12 reps, depending on your capability..google more on this please..

Once, i repeat, ONCE, your bodyfat level goes down, you'll start seeing changes especially around the target body parts areas.. as a result of your diet n bodyweight exercise, you'll see some changes, though not much for first few weeks, but try varying more n more exercise n diet smartly, eventually it will not be there anymore without you noticing.

I did a lot of bench press... still have tiny bit... the only way I think is a lot of chest workout + cardio..

A lot of reps doesn't mean big chest.. Maybe you're duin 15 reps++ etc.. there's a lot of factor going around it..dun only blame cardio..i got 20% bodyfat and i can still see my chest bulging out across my upper body.. smile.gif

Just sharing my personal record flat bench press, 94kg for 6 -8 reps, maxing at 110kg.. not that great but sometime to be proud of considering i can only do 40kg x 10 reps 4 years before.. smile.gif

Nope. I do cutting, like 10Kg with more reps, I noticed last time when i did 100Kg for 3 reps in 3 position, my boops just get bigger... now, I just do cutting.. smile.gif

Uhuh..you mean that your body fat is too high that that 100kg bench for 3 reps cause it to grow bigger? not 10kg maybe 50-60kg for 15-20 reps for sets?

I'll look more into those workouts.

About the belly fat, during these years, it has being going up and down, up and down. Sometimes extra, sometimes less. Like got season sweat.gif  sweat.gif
Thanks for the tips, lots of valuable info there smile.gif
As for the sugary drinks, I don't usually consume that much. Even in the morning I don't take all those milo, teh ais etc2. After jogging most of the time breakfast is 2 half boiled eggs and a few slices of bread + water only.

But then I admit, I'm always on the lookout for snacks in between meals like biscuits, and stuff like that around the house. Then for breakfast and dinner, just a small portion of rice, with some vege and a little bit of meat. My meals are not huge in serving at all. But sometimes I tend to get hungry at night (10, 11+) then I on food hunt again. Most of the time very hungry really and at that time, what got just burger shops and mamak stalls around, so you know lah  sad.gif

I'll have to stop this habit >.<

Anyway, is it okay for me to consume eggs often? Because I kinda take it almost everyday. If not half boiled egg, will be fried egg with bread etc2. Sometimes one day can reach 4 eggs.

As for the pushups, actually I've been following this ebook "7 weeks to 100 pushups" which starts with low reps then increases gradually in reps and also sets. So I'll stick to that for the pushups. For the other workouts, I'll have to do more research on that.

Thanks for the tips!  thumbup.gif

I think you're diet is ok, just that you need extra time for your body to adapt and adjust..let it go for few more weeks and see.. always keep track by measuring your waist at least everyday..it's a good indicator for fat loss..

just make sure not to consume too much eggs as eggs contain high cholesterol.. you might suffer high cholesterol later..

try to build some serious muscle as now you're not having enough muscles yet.. you mentioned you just started gym for few weeks ago so you definitely need more time in the gym.. at least for a couple of months..but make sure you maintained constant diet n exercising.. should be no problem.. smile.gif
