Tower 1 - Normal Intermediate unit 1004 sqf is RM399,900 and above.
Tower 2 - Normal Intermediate unit 1004 sqf is RM 422,900 and above (Consider phase 2 & 5% increment)
Special Unit in Podium is different with bigger size and layout so higher price.

i have went to see show unit, overall not bad. just concern of location and surrounding not much like school, bank, and mall...

Shopping Mall (Empire Subang Concept) will be coming up infront of the show gallery , 2 gov school approved and hopefully banks will come in once shop ready in TCS part.
TCS sold out their 3 - 4 lvl shops. Banks will be looking for those building and location.
Price will go up once those are in . Invest early as the price is still reasonable . thumbup.gif

I just received my SPA Today.. When I bought, u guys said the lease of 99 years was renewed, now in my SPA, Says it expires 2094.. That's only 81 years now today. Please explain this...

Please read your booking form carefully, clause 2. Kindly be informed that the current leasehold period for BSP Skypark Title will be issued up to 99 years upon vacant possession (Subject to authority approval.)

The mall is quite similar concept with Subang Empire Shopping Mall, with retail lots and service residence on top. Plan might chance along the way.

If its not confirmed nor approved, why include this is the marketing proposal. So misleading.

this property is under DIBS but because of some matter, home buyer have to pay progressive interest 1st then only claims from developer. Is it have to go to LBS office (near Federal Highway) and claim? And how long will get back our claims?

Last time it was said it was sucessfully renewed to 99 years. Another scam from lbs n reapfield, just like mydin. Later will put blame on authority. Dirty trick.. hell.

Have u seen how lbs upgraded the main road? Really cin chai n no quality n proper planing. It just going to get thing worst, n most of bspian are not happy with it. Now entrance to bsp, just like ular, n d road condition is far from good.

Now i know why roads in bsp getting spoilt easily, if u look how they prepare d sub base of d road, you will knock ur head with hammer.

Have u see how they space the trees? They r too close to each other, they will die very soon.

Bank in bsp? In ur dream. Only have meps atm and am bank, only that lbs capable to do. Who in this world use that bank?

I just submitted new defect list to lbs, and d 1st defect which lbs fail to rectify in 30 days.

i just submitted claim today and she said can collect check within 30 days.. they will give a call when ready.. hope they can prepare check in 30 days.. smile.gif

If u have such complaint.. you should do it to the consumer right department or local authority.

The road cin chai no qualify, who r u to judge whether is quality or not? Have you give LBS enough time to complete the road?

From where you got the static where mostly BSPIAN are not happy?

If you r so good building road why dont u go over the LBS HQ and submit your suggestion?

And it seems your r very good on planting trees also... why dont u just call up LBS HQ and help them plant the tree.

We Reapfield only sell / market the property, whether the developer complete or defect there is nothing to do with Reapfield. We only tell whatever developer told us to do. Again if you want to complaint ,please go to authority, dont whine around like a baby.

Show proof and start your own thread , this is only BSP Skypark.

Last time, BSP no ATM ... u complaint... no got ATM ... u complaint no bank... later got bank... u complaint no international bank... later got international bank ... u complaint no bank negara?
Why you so many complaint...?

Give BSP time... even puchong takes 20 years to be developed.
Maybe if you want faster and better change in BSP ,you should run for ahli dewan or parlimen for BSP. It will bring changes faster if you make alot of complaints in dewan or parlimen. Sometimes its not the developer who has the say... they need green light fr local authority or gov.

Road is so bad that it will be dangerous for the guru to come? Tree might fall on his car?
