Good to see this post being very active!. And I've just booked a unit at the BSP skypark today. The 1004 sq.ft unit at tower 2. Hope my application goes well

Was talking to the sales person and apparently approval for a mall construction has been granted by the state government. They might start the project approx 3 years from now. Seems like this place is booming well

Interest rate has increased by 0.25% per annum. Let's do some calculation. For RM100,000 @0.25% = RM250.00 a year or about RM20.00 a month. Therefore, you should be paying an additional RM20.00 for every RM100,000 loan. Do your own calculation for the amount of bank loan borrowed.

Booked the T2 @ 23rd floor. After rebate/discount came bout 412K. 3+2. Comes with 2 parking lots. For me, it's affordable looking at the current property value around KV.

The corner unit which is 1240 sq.ft (if I'm not mistaken) comes bout 520K. That's 4+3 and comes with 3 parking lots. Only 1 unit left, and even that's a rejected loan unit.

Seriously this place is selling like a hot cake now. When to the show room since it was a PH, and ppl just keep coming and coming to inquire more bout this BSP skypark. I guess if i didn't book today, somehow rather others would have booked my unit on the same day

nimrod2 is right, 3+2 means 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
4+3 means 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Some clarifications to ariesguy's post above:
The B/U of corner unit on Tower 2 is 1244 sf, and it comes with 1 single car park and 1 tandem car park.

Just read something interesting and felt compelled to share.

If you're familiar with Ho Chin Soon, you probably know what is Locational Centre of Gravity. If you don't, Locational Centre of Gravity (LCG) "is a location or spot or place where human activities and accessibility are easy and supreme. Like in the middle of everything."

Mr. Ho Chin Soon defines property hotspots in Klang Valley as within 15km radius of the LCG, which he calls Tier 1 location.

So, where is the current LCG of Klang Valley according to Mr. Ho? KLCC? Wrong. The current LCG is in Kinrara Army Camp in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong. And that places Bandar Saujana Putra in Tier 1 category as a property hotspot. (using Google map, I am able to identify the distance as less than 14km).

What do you all think of this?

I just booked a unit at T1 level 15 few day ago

yes it is but the tnb tariff will follow residential rates and water rates is on commercial/JMB.. 

BSP Skypark. Real lousy place. Only got 2 lifts serving more than 10 units per floor. Can you imagine?

But the real problem is the residents staying there. Go experience yourself. Just park your car at the entrance and see who going in and going out. Dominated by 1 particular race only.

Expecting BSP 21 to follow suit. Facing the same problem or much much worse since is higher dense there.
