Improving / polish LBS brand can never be overnight. One need to sacrify a bit. Some developer willing to lower their profit margin to increase the quality. After a while will improving quality, people will forget how bad they were and start to look forward for their new launching

As LBS is a typical china ah pek company, i doubt they are willing to lower the profit margin to increase QAQC, lol!

Congrats on the sales! within half year it's 70% sold, for place like BSP it's really encouraging.

Seems like now ppl just sapu and BBB whatever that's left in the market...

Sorry for hijack the thread but lbs is doing a good job in upgrading the township it seems. Great confidence on the future although I won't expect the same landscape as rimbayu to be build.

Overall this will be the town to watch in the next 5 years. Can't wait to move in!

yeah, i can see quite improvement for past 2 months.. like LBS tak sayang duit, throw in everything to get this township alive (or maybe to bring up their name on par with others).. haha.. i owned unit in ivory residence and i did survey on indigo i can say the quality is 40% better.. and now looking forward skypark and to move in.. rclxm9.gif

anyone know what LBS's plan for land beside petronas?

But your entry point very low, my (quite) similar sqft RI2 cost RM53x after rebate early this year...loll

Finger cross, this BSP will be the only major township development LBS owned so if they wish to up their name, this is the township they should be focus on. rclxms.gif

It was a fun read for the most recent 20 pages of this thread, never know it's so active in the past 2 months.

Everything takes time, at least the town is on the right path. As a proud Royal Ivory 2 owner, i am very confidence about the bright future of BSP!

There is another BSP thread where you can also contribute your comments.
Already joined, anyway as you know RI2 is still under construction, thus ll only move in by next year.

Have to say it's not the best township around but not the worst either. There's a lot of positivity in the recent development. We just have to be patient for the issues to be resolved.

One main problem is there's only 1 road access for both LBS and ex-talam area, which link to the roundabout. Somemore now the newly built stupid divider in front of LBS BSP office seems to cause some massive jam during peak hour. These infrastructure issue have to be on top of the to-fix list else big problem will occured in few years time after the BSP avenue, Skypark I/II/21 completed. Further more if the Rimbayu-Kemuning Route completed, some Rimbayu residents may opt for this path if they are using Elite or SKVE, thus contribute to the jam during peak hour (pretty hard to imagine cry.gif cry.gif )

Anyway i am sure LBS had address it, especially if the CEO himself had attended the BSP avenue resident meeting. Just need some planning to execute. And as some of the forumers said, quality crowd = business opportunity, that's where the mall, banks and quality shops start to kick in.

In summary and through my observation of more than 10 visits to BSP since 2013, i can say the township have bright future, no regret from day 1 since my purchase.

So for those who want to grab the condo, as long as you have your own transport and don't mind the travelling distance, you wont get wrong.

(btw i heard that TCS is also planning a condo on ex-talam side, if it's true then probably the student w/o transport may opt for that. Anyway Skypark will remain good for both student renting and own stay)
