Progress so fast! When I started this topic, I can't believe that time has flyby so fast, now going to complete!

I reckon it won't be so soon at least until Skypark and BSP21 is fully occupied.

Over the weekend, was coming back from airport early morning, so thought of just dropping by at Saujana Putra to see the latest development over there

Mahsa university development seems to be going fast. I think the other university building construction is ongoing at the moment.

As I take the roundabout exit towards BSP skypark, happen to see some fast food restaurants already in business.



Then I was looking at the new shoplots. Most of them are still empty, though I happen to see bout 2 furniture shops that are opened. Also saw a banner of a restaurant and supermarket opening soon.









I reckon might take some time before the shoplots fill up...perhaps anyone over here can update bout the sales of the shoplots??

Then I stopped at the main place, our BSP skypark. Work is still ongoing. Final phase.

But what caught my attention most was the shoplots opposite of BSP skypark. In case you haven't seen it, I took few pics of it.


The place looks like some abandoned shoplots. The few shops which are occupied are mostly car workshops and a restaurant from what I see.

A friend of mine was saying that these shoplots will be demolished and a new international school will be build there. I'm not sure where he got the info from, nor if it's a reliable one, as I don't see the developer highlighting this too (unless if I'm missing something). In my opinion, I think these shoplots are not really giving a good surrounding view of BSP Skypark. #justsaying

Vacant possession should take place in September-October. Buckle up.

Went to LBS office yesterday and was told that only 2 units of shops is available. the rest hold back by LBS.

went to LBS sales office yesterday and was told that key should ready by Sept or latest by Oct

I dont think LBS will demolish the run down shoplots as I have not heard them told me this. If Im not wrong, they have already sold it so how to demolish it? Unless they buy back the shoplots from the owners?

Agreed.

The international school is with Mahsa and so should be near the university.

This is 1 factor that stopped me from buying Skypark, the other factor is the distance to SKVE.

any photo on new updates on the unit itself built quality? tq
