QUOTE(rihuhs @ Feb 15 2013, 01:28 PM) dude. if you feel like sharing, go on and post it up. no need to ask whether people want to see or not ya it is>.< and the sword bit u have to reverse the peg in order to attach to the ring and they can easily fall off too@@. Well, overall 00 Qan[T] is very fragile already compared to others like 00 seven sword and now even this sword bit ring also that fragile@@haven't assembled mine, but based on reviews in the interwebs it is very fragile |

QUOTE(limyuyang @ Feb 20 2013, 10:10 AM) U guys think I should buy a freedom mg or destiny mg or infinite justice mg ? not a fair questions, coz everybody loves different one. No offence to all SEED/SEED Destiny fans out there, but me myself i'll love 00 series over SEED series. Its all come down to what u like. Pick the one u like the most then u'll put in effort to build it. If u really like all of them, then save up some money, get all three of them3 choose 1 , which one ? I can't choose it...): Please help me. |

QUOTE(Vorador @ Feb 20 2013, 11:39 AM) ok lemme start here: really love to paint my gundam. But the only problem is it really takes a long time. My 00 Quanta took me 4 to 5 days to complete@@. And now no free time to paint others. The only reason about painting is the satisfaction after finish painting it how many of you guys insist to paint all your gundam? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « to limyuyang: Go change your profile name to a feminist one, put a sweet, naive girl picture as avatar (don't choose those female star, too obvious) and finally change your gender to female. QUOTE(Vorador @ Feb 20 2013, 11:57 AM) haha yeah that's one good way to go too. I always paint the pipe in black, then dry brush it with silver. (But I thought MG's hydraulics usually coated in silver color already?) yes bro use airbrush. Ppl advice me to start off slow, probably spray can or handbrush, but i kinda degil one Same here, must be bandai wanna save cost therefore use different color! As for the inner frame, sometime I just struggle over it: - I think I can hardly see the inner frame after the kit completed - I feel 'incomplete' if left the inner frame unpainted, while the rest are well colored. - I decided to paint the inner frame, and go rage... Yes, SATISFACTION, that's the sole reason! BTW you use air brush? |

QUOTE(Vorador @ Feb 20 2013, 02:18 PM) U know... stupid me had been using gundam spray can all along, waste so much money because I keep thinking "this will be the last one"... I think I really need to buy a set of air brush right here right now... well, actually my 00 quanta also kinda screwed up. I broke some parts when assembled them, the head fin is very loose, now wrong paint and stuff, really feel like getting a new 00 qan[t] Talk about wrong color, when I build my 00Gundam, I sprayed the WRONG premium, which is dark gray color.... and it spent me around 2-3 days for cleaning and sanding .... Why not buy the 1/40 one , (BTW, this one is available at a shop nearby my office, SGD110) Hey about the 'pipe' painting on first pic, did you use some tape to avoid painted on other area? or just your super steady hand painting skill? Whoa, you cut everything down before assembly? Me usually cut -> nub cleaning -> assembly at the same time. That's why when building Strike Freedom's dragoon almost drives me mad... |
