As I know, the model itself must be bandai. Parts can be varied (since some ppl can do amazing things with plaplate which is only limited by their imaginations), so yes. You can use parts from other. But for example, if you are saying the whole leg part. Then I don't think it's possible unless you can fool the judges into thinking it is ori bandai part. I remember there is a written rules and regulation in the form itself.
