Chris, does the resin conversion affects the articulation of the kit?
If I'm not mistaken, a full resin kit (not conversion) has almost no articulation since everything is glued together. Do correct me if I'm wrong.
*
well if you use the conversion resin kit with bandai articulated frame then you won't be worrying about posing however also depends on your skill to clean and make the resin part more smooth and allow join to move freely from the frame.

if the kit come with full resin they didn't design to have articulation and thus do not have any posing and also never relay on resin frame as their ball join is 101% suck to the max and confirm useless for articulation.

i have this one too whistling.gif looking to purchase a A1 soon.. (huge Zeta fan here rclxm9.gif)
too bad i broke the handle on the beam smart gun.. but fortunately the peg onto the arm holds really really well, and the handle doesn't really do much except have him hold the gun in 2 hands whistling.gif but just putting his hand at the bottom of the gun barrel holding it up looks good enough for me laugh.gif
chriswoo got more CUSTOM Zetas whistling.gif i only have uh.. SD, HGUC, MG2.0, MG Plus C1 and RG laugh.gif long way to go for my zeta collection whistling.gif
*
haha i think i have retired from zeta series after my Rezel C1 build hehe now more into mono eye red comet trend.

Nowonder it's so expensive , because its a PG !!! I always can SEE the PG in hobby ,can't buy it , it's too expensive !!!
Don't poison me !!!!!
But , although its old , it's still smart .....
PS : I like the grey one , not the red one.
*
I think of all zeta plus variable type i prefer this one type Hummingbird

as expected of Chriswoo, awesome work as always!!  thumbup.gif

btw, can u give some kind of a short review about that resin kit?
like how much articulation has been reduced, hows the overall quality?
*
QUOTE(bazlit @ Feb 23 2013, 01:59 AM)
Nice work chris.  thumbup.gif
*
thanks guys. well General_Nic the resin kit are using zaku v2.0 frame which I glad they did can allow the kit to have some pose however the pose quite limited due to the armor getting the way of the articulation. for this kit you only get like 45 degree for leg and arm articulation and I have trouble getting the stupid zaku hand to hold the heavy big rifle other than that everything is solid and very nice,

PS: personally my experience resin kit are not good for posing due to it's material quite heavy and prone to break if fall down accidentally.

well you can able to do this. it just some focus, patience and a bit of gunpla spirit every day in 1 or 2 hrs to clean up the parts then plan the process for abing.

QUOTE(akujimmy @ Feb 23 2013, 12:42 PM)
is this hand painting or airbrush? how long you took to finish one kit?
*
Hi akujimmy most of my kit is consist both hand painting and Airbrush. for example main base part coloring are using airbrush however internal details are using hand paint works.
