Hi guys...has anyone painted their MG Nu ver. Ka?

At least the fin funnels? Wanna know if that fixes the loose issue...eventually, thickness increases and it tightens the zig zag portion of the fin funnel locking part...

Want to know if it helps a lot, might coat that part if it tightens it very much.

I'm still battling with gravity...

thank you. But i dont think ill build it, for now. Might want to better myself in colouring department 1st before going for it on this particular kit.

true, I think it is a wasted rushing build for limited exclusive stuff
at least do flat top coat, panel line, sand the nub mark properly

it make your kit worth your money

Oh, I thought there's a fb page or something. My bad..

In the meantime, almost done with this guy. Having fun building it. Learned a few things, broke a few thing (notice the broken antennae thingy). Another bazooka to be built and painted. Both shotguns haven't been painted.
Maybe next weekend..

the broken antenna you can fix easily with Hobby cement and sandpaper(to smoothen back the surface after glued)

Yup. I did that. It broke a second time when I fiddled with it.
I kind of like the short antenna. Makes it look like a horn. Match the shoulder spike. laugh.gif I'm thinking of sanding it down and making it sharp. biggrin.gif

It's strong enough to stick them back together but doesnt change the fact that the piece is really fragile. May break again if you play with it too much.

whenever a part is broken n glued back together (regardless of whatever u uses be it super glue, cement, etc) will never be as strong as when its a single piece. For instance if u sand a very small piece that is glued together u cant apply the same force as if it were a single piece, u hav to be gentle and light or it'll just break again at the same location. Ur question of strong enuf required context, strong enuf for what? Hold itself together sure no prob. Withstand rough handling, flexing, bending, etc nope.
