This fella is the 3rd best seller of 2012 for a reason wink.gif
*
good review, great mecha, unfortunately not to my taste due to it's proportions tongue.gif

anyway! more pics of the aile strike came out and ohmygod it looks AMAZING, especially the detailing.. if this is the way bandai is going with their MGs, i have absolutely no complaints!

Is it me or the Aile pack stands out more than the MS?  hmm.gif The MS seems just mediocre...perhaps it's because we've seen it in the MG GAT suits already...
*
deliberately took the Aile pack shots.. the strike is impressive too but most of the details seem to be focused on the pack

^ agreed.. buy both.. HG perfect strike is really perfect strike, but RG Strike + skygrasper is very very fun and will look very good on your shelf, although it will not have the perfect strike battery pack, but it will still look much better than the HG

cuz actually i want a perfect strike, but juz cant decide which to buy to get a perfect strike
*
if i were you, i'd get the RGs.. they look amazing with all the details.. for the HG perfect strike, it's not very good-looking
here's a pic of my RG Strike with all 3 packs

agreed.

the RG has far better proportions colour separarations, articulations and details compared to the HG counterpart.
*
there's a reason it's 3 times the price of the HG brows.gif
but i definitely get what i paid for in build and in displaying

personally, for the price, i'd say it's a fair price, considering this does help enhance any dio that you're doing. scale-wise, i'd say 1/150 and 1/144 isn't that far in scale department. anyone good in math can help me in comparing the relativity of the scale. do note that for this particular model, the ladder, roof of the tower and the tower itself are loose. a dab of glue would fix this. another thing that you might want to do is to touch-up the parts that has been cut-off from the sprue. overall, i like it wub.gif
*
1/150 and 1/144? only about 4% in difference, unnoticable, mostly tongue.gif unless you're REEAAALLLYY scrutinizing.. nice buys though, too bad i can't find any of the shophouses or something like that in malaysia, so i can cheat a bit for my model making sessions tongue.gif saves time!

LED gimmicks again.. but i'm happy bandai actually incorporated it in a way that you don't have to destroy the LED pulling it out of the MS (i'm looking at you, 00R/007S) whistling.gif
