I think the titanium versions are not included...there are LED for all the HB models..did double check them on ford malaysia's website.

Happened to me quite some time, I usually tried to substitute the device with other usb files (using thumbdrives, etc) to clear the error. If it doesn't work, just give it time, it will correct itself.
