overall quite satisfied with the car. just a little disappointed considering im paying over 120k for it. it just struck a sour note. my wife will be driving it most of the time and she is totally blank when it comes to cars. im concern if problem arises when she is driving alone.

my feedback on the tinting and sierra glow.

1) huper optik - very happy with quality despite having to re-tint twice due to bubbles
2) sierra glow - for the price im paying still acceptable. if you ask me whether i will send my future car for sierra glow then the answer is No. I washes my car once a week and lately is been raining frequently, watermark start to form. i would rather send my car for polishing once every 3-4months especially when there are tonnes of deals out there on groupon, livingsocial etc...

Thanks for sharing, I was planning to do sierra glow... doh.gif

And for those groupon deals, I personally do not recommend as I've bought a few and the workmanship is pretty vary , from poor to acceptable only, none satisfying.

yesterday was my second day of driving focus, enjoying it very much, the solid feel going through bumpers, thanks to the independent control blades and also the sport tuned suspension.

However, I realise a few things:
1) there's bad jerking when jam at steep up hill (example in a shopping mall parking)
2) the smart entry delay about 0.5 seconds before it unlock the car, meaning if I approaching my car, I can't open my door immediately, I have to put my palm in the door handle, and open it slowly (not immediately, wait about 0.5 seconds)
3) There's delay in picking up, about 0.5 seconds before the power kick in, example if you wanna accelerate further when you're in speed of 60-80km/h
4) The steering a bit too light during low speed, and a bit too heavy at high speed (this maybe personal preference tongue.gif)

And today when I drive my Vios to work, I realize Vios is so much more responsive (feel lighter, in fact it is lighter, Vios kerb weight around 9XX KGs and our beloved Focus is around 13XX KG) and smoother gear changing, maybe I dare not push the Focus too much yet, (scare of the jerk, so just go smooth, be gentle on the pedal).

In resident area, Vios's steering is so light and easy to turn, the handling is not too bad either.

Overall, still loving my focus very much, after all, it's my choice!

Oh ya, one more thing, the Ford Sync, it was working fine on day one, and yesterday, don't know due to what command it received wrongly, it went to a mode call "line in" and seems like it trying to play music from my phone device, and ever since, my bluetooth phone never work, it just keep disconnect ever time I try to pair it, and even when I try to delete it and reconnect, it doesn't delete...

Should I do a master reset? Will my radio setting all gone, or it just reset the BT device?

Once you remove it your Sync screen will go off. You can then plug it back in.

screen will go off, meaning I've to plug off the fuse while it's power ON?

I've check it yesterday, and found the fuse 7.5, it's impossible to take out with bare hand, I'll try again tonight with a plyer
