Hi guys, any idea what Park Lock Ctrl does in the Trip Computer? (Under the Driver Assist menu). Also, my front carpark sensors are beeping off nonstop despite nothing is in front of me.

I also interested to know the Park Lock Ctrl function.

Please check your front plate number holder whether covering the sensor or not or best you can post ur car front pic here .....or else you may go back to SC for inspection.

Only enable or 'tick' the button of park lock Carl to free the gear box for towing purpose. I learn this from ford focus mk3 owner close group Facebook. Join the group and u can gain more from them.

Been driving my FoFo for 3 month @8000km, no issues with the gearbox. Sometimes people just can't differentiate between issues & characteristic. This reminds me an aunty who complaint to a service center about her car's aircond blows too strong and make noise to them to fix it, but the real caused is she turn on the auto aircond & set the temperature to the lowest during sunny days.

Saw some folks here debate on powershift jerky issue. Just want to some of my experience on dual clutch transmission. Jerky issue especially during 1sr to 2rd gear transition at low rpm for dry dual clutch seems to be common. I drove a mk6 golf for 2yrs plus now. The jerking issue is normal and wide spread for most vw dry dsg box. Even the 1.8 tsi vw passat. It requires the driver to get used to and handle the throttle at 1st to 2rd gear change.

My wife got her titanium+ yesterday after 2 weeks waiting. It's 2013 model, got 2k discount plus free number plate registration worth about RM300.(SA absorbed)
So far so good after I tested high speed on NKVE, some curves and sloppy roads.
One thing I don't quite understand that the factory didn't fill in mineral oil for run in period for 1st 1000km which is widely practiced by most makes. They instead filled in Castrol magnatec 5w30 which is equavalent to semi synthetic. I was asked to do next oil change at next 10 k mileage, but it's recommended to do it at 1st 1k but at my cost.
Any comments ? Guys
