7. 3% Quarterly Cash Rebate
Enjoy 3% quarterly cash rebate on total retail transactions outside WATAMI with accumulate spend of RM3,000 per quarter. The accumulated spend amount is inclusive of Supplementary Card spending. Rebate is capped at RM150 per quarter and rebate will be credited into the Principal Card account.

Some questions regarding this clause.

1. If I autodebit my insurance with this card for RM1000 monthly, it means I will get 3% x RM3000 = RM90 for every quarter. Is this correct?

2. If I make transactions (outside Watami, except petrol) such as astro payment, dining, groceries at any time (weekday/weekend), I will get 3% cash back (max RM150 per quarter). Is this correct?

I found that there are some discussion on payment method? For example, no 5. Payment via IBG using Public Bank Online Banking, the image shows that the beneficiary bank is Citibank? Is it possible to pay using cimbclicks IBG?

Also, 4. AEON charges RM1 as fee. Eg. You pay RM100.00 via Maybank2U, amount receive in AEON is RM99.00 only.
So if my balance is RM150, I need to put RM151 as IBG?

I have gone thru all pages Still have 2 questions:
So we just pass the application form to the Aeon counter and we will get the voucher in hardcopy? What is the $ value?

Once we fulfill the 2 transaction condition, we can go to dine at WATAMI but the RM50 rebate will only be credited in the next statement. In other words, for the first dining, we have to pay in full?

Anyone DID NOT give consent to Aeon Credit to disclose information to 3rd party and still managed to get the card approved?

Wah, i really got so bad luck or not

I m going there after i leave office and pretend I didn't read anything here. No announcement on their website.

Just came back from submitting my application. It was like a big thing coz apparently not many applying this card. Asked the agents and staffs several times whether the listed promo on the brochure is still applicable, the answer is yes. I already save the info on website too. Will create a fuss if there is no 3%.

You got to check the website for the details but I am only taking Watami for the cash back feature

How do you know about the approval, SMS?

I did not receive the free voucher upon application as the branch has no idea about it. I made a call to CS and according to her, usually it will be given upon approval. I know that is not true based on feedback here. Anyway, I will wait for the approval status first.

I am aware of the free voucher and asked for it but they do not have any voucher with them. Too bad, thought wanna go to Watami next week but don't think they will process it that fast.

Consider good. After 1 week, my application is still stuck at the Aeon outlet. Called up the person in charge of that branch and found out that the counter has not even pass the application form to her. If there is any hanky panky, I will definitely report to BNM.

You applied Watami? Lol, when I contacted the person in charged, she said there was only one application only recently. It must be you!
