I haven't tried successfully before but i am able to simulate the payment:-

For example:-
Aeon credit card payment RM1000

Aeon Credit charge RM1.50 for every transaction = RM1001.50
PosOnline charge addtional 2% on total amount = RM1001.50 + 2% = RM1021.53
Effective charge rate 2.153%

Imagine if you got TWO Aeon Watami card with 3% rebate qualified:-
Aeon Watami 1st credit card balance RM1000 (Aeon credit rebate 3% = RM30)
Aeon Watami 2nd credit card used to pay the 1st credit card = RM1021.53 (Aeon credit rebate 3% = RM30.65)
Effective cash rebate rate = (30+30.65)/1000= 6.065% (correct me if my calculation is wrong)

P/S: this is just my assumption. Need someone to prove this theory.

you need to spend minimum rm3k per quarter to activate the 3% quarterly rebate. means after the direct debit of rm1.5k, you still need to swipe something else rm1.5k.

oops, didn't notice you mentioned every month.
if every month rm1.5k, yes, you already achieved rm4.5k in a quarter.
so you may just use aeon watami for your insurance alone. or to maximise it, you may still swipe another rm500 in every quarter.

lol... i'm currently holding all the cc you mentioned above + uob one. luckily i just cancelled cimb and stanchart not long ago. so just maintaining these 5 cc at the moment...

melaka you can go to opposite dataran pahlawan, there is a aeon credit service (at the roadside) near to explorer hotel.
