1. flaw - how to get 2 watami

2. say it is 1k, watami 3% means you pay 970 (ignoring the fact that you need to accumulate 3k per quarter and cash back only come in end of 3 months). So you get charge 2% - i ignore Rm1.5 because if the amount is larger % will go down, RM989.40. Another watami get you 3% meaning charged amount will be RM959.72

Effective 4.028% without considering pos online system charge.

Worth the trouble?

i think they do keep an eye on your due date (with reasonable time to work on it i suppose);

i applied 2 BT at one go, one due on 11th (sunday) and another one 15th. Today the 11th one was clear already but not the 15th.

1. instead of paying the bank, u delay payment with 0 cost to you. You can put the money in FD or ASB to gain some interest (Albeit little but you are earning free money from the bank with no cost to you.) I treat BT installments just like those saving plan.

2. Aeon provide reward point for BT transactions as well, free Jusco voucher for Raya / CNY.

First year AF should be waived, GST check if they have any rebate promo for new sign up. If you have paid for Aeon membership you will get refund as well.

Subsequent year AF waived with 12 swipe per year, my GST wasn't waived.

BT is excluded from rebate.

i had similar experience with SCB and recently PBB. Im holding plat cards of other banks and they are rejecting me for Gold.

Loan / CC had been paid promptly so far for past few years, i'm guessing holding one too many card (exposure of CL too much for them to bear)

same for my aeon gold.

monthly statement show x/12. x been transactions made.

annual fee amount automatically creditted on anniversary without calling.

time for v2 hehe
