u better call them to clarify. aeon only charge 1% on top of visa rate. something is wrong.

i would argue it, try to get historical rate for the day and present your case. I suspect they will use the excuse of "This is what's been charged by Visa". Perhaps making contact with visa to clarify as well?

amex still wins as with new aeon cc you get only 1 point per rm1 swipe in aeon store.

the other 1point they advertise is on the aeon membership card which you still can use swiping amex.

aeon new cc redeem rm20 with 2500 points means rm20 rebate with rm2500 spending equal 0.8% rebate only. if there is certain promos u just add on accordingly to compare.

the 2 points per RM1 spent means 1 point goes to CC and 1 point goes to membercard. You can still get 1 point for using AEON membercard and swipe Amex.

which means you only get 1point if you didnt handover the aeon membercard to swipe. apparently they already sort of linked my aeon membership with my aeon cc so i dont have to transfer it whatsoever. con on this will be hard to trace the actual points because aeon cc statement only show 1x points for rm1 swipe in aeon store and 1x points for rm2 swipe everywhere else.

just use EPF statement, fast and easy.
