I made my payment to CITIBANK... (AEON  CREDIT). I hold aeon credit gold

After a few weeks, only I notice my payment is being bounce back...

Then, I kena penalty charge etc...

Any way to resolve ?

Current BT Application Process:

5/3/14: Submit AEON BT application via email (around 9pm something)
7/3/14: Verification call from AEON HQ and approval SMS received.

Only two days process then approved SMS has received 

the CL will reduced upon approved the BT???

I through CL will reduced after payment has made by Aeon.

hey guys, i tried to use SCB IBG transfer to Watami using Citibank and 16 digit number and it went through, you guys got rejected ?

does the unbilled transactions take some time to show up on the aeon web ?

Aeon Watami does not listed in my CCRIS record, got it since Dec 2013. I have card that is newer and already in the list.

The AEON CS took more than 10 minutes to understand my question and another 10 minutes to get the answer from her superior before calling me back...

Swiped at Watami and accepted a SMS notification and eventually, posted online the merchant name, 'BISTROJAPAN (BB) SBEDC'.

1) If i have main and supp card, web access wise, is it using 2 username and 2 separate password for login? Or it is still maintain under the same account?

2) Watami cc can earn points and cash rebate (if more than 3k spending per quarter) for petrol right? Because i think i read somewhere here saying that no point given for the normal aeon card.

one time bill payment to pay Aeon CC using m2u will charge rm1 or if using m2u favorite bill payment then only will charge rm1?
