Terms and Conditions - Ramadhan Special: 5% Rebate
• The Campaign is open to all existing Principal and Supplementary NEW AEON Gold Visa/MasterCard, NEW AEON Classic Visa/MasterCard and Jusco Gold/Classic Visa, AEON Gold Visa/MasterCard, AEON Classic Visa/MasterCard, AEON Cruize Gold/Classic Visa, AEON Motorcycle Visa Gold, Japan Club Gold, and AEON Watami Visa Classic cardholders.
• All existing Credit Cardholders who spend minimum amount of RM300 and above (cumulative) at any Food & Beverage (F&B) merchant in Malaysia (listed under MCC code 5811,5812,5813, 5814, 5912) from 29 June 2014 to 28 July 2014 (Promotion Period) will be entitled to 5% Rebate.
• To be eligible for 5% Rebate, Eligible Cardholders are required to spend a minimum of RM300 (cumulative) throughout promotion period using AEON Credit Card.
• Cash rebate is capped at RM50 per cardholder for the whole promotion period.
• The rebate is not applicable for AEON WATAMI Cardholders who use the RM30 Birthday Voucher & RM50 Anniversary voucher during the campaign period.
• This campaign is not applicable for 0% Card Easy Payment, Cash Advance, Flexi Payment Plan, Balance Transfer, government service tax, annual fees, finance charges and payment for insurance.
• The rebate entitled will be credited after the promotion period and will be reflected in the following month’s credit card statement.
• AEON Credit reserves the right to revoke the rebate entitled in the event the Cardholder’s credit card account is in delinquent status or invalid and/or cancelled by AEON Credit at the point the rebate is about to be credited to the Cardholder’s credit card account.
• All cardholders are bound by the terms & conditions contained herein and AEON Credit reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend and/or terminate the promotion or vary the terms and conditions of the promotion without stating any reasons to the Cardholders.
• AEON Credit’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all Credit Cardholders. Other terms and conditions in AEON Cardholder’s Guide shall apply.
• The rebate entitled are not transferable and not exchangeable for cash, voucher or credit, in part or in full.

Went to Watami restaurant for a birthday meal, using Watami cc plus "Pinch of Salt" card.

On the spot :
- 5% discount by using watami cc
- RM30 discount (Birthday e-voucher from the "Pinch of Salt" card)

Post transaction :
- RM30 birthday rebate into watami cc (if this was a physical voucher, then I can't redeem this and the "Pinch of Salt" birthday e-voucher on the same bill. Great!)
- 10% credit into "Pinch of Salt" card

Quite a deep subsidised birthday meal.

on top of this, there should be another 10% by watami card if your bill is above rm100.

Recently I have received sms about birthday meal for RM30 discount also, but what is this birthday e-voucher? No received this...

today aeon watami got rebate for petrol ?

The e-voucher mentioned is from another card called "Pinch of Salt" that can be used while dining in Watami.

Just submitted my watami application yesterday. As mentioned by most ppl here, the guy over the counter really blur. Was asking me why not apply the aeon new gold visa, I told him I prefer the watami's 3% rebate then he said aeon also has it, if u spend more than 500 u're entitled for some rebate. As far as I remember there ain't such thing. Probably the information from our credit card section is one of the best.

just ask them to proceed and say you like to dine in watami very much. so their other cards don't have watami benefits. then they have to proceed without much persuasion to change your mind. lol...
