just in case anybody needs aeon dispute form, please find as attached.

recently a merchant suddenly charged me twice for a transaction i done 3 months ago and which i have also already paid 2 months ago in my earlier statement. which means they tried to charge me 3 times for their service (one posted 2 days after the transaction and 2 same amount posted 3 months later). they thought i never check on my statement? crazy! mad.gif vmad.gif

aeon just called me saying that the merchant actually charged me with total 4 times extra this month (2 times in my latest statement and another 2 times in unbilled transactions). but anyway they already reversed all back today. it was due to system error so i think i also don't want to disclose them. forgiven. biggrin.gif

no need 12500, the most minimum amount (with same conversion rate) is 5000 for rm20.

yes, this already quite some time already. but you need to pay 5% and get 3%. only if you really need the money, otherwise no need.
