just called CS to check my BT application status. The CS asked me to call Maybank and check whether it is approved or not. WTF is happening to this company??

They did the same to me. Ding dong between maybank and AEON Credit Service.

Some more gave me a courier reference number said the cheque has been dispatched. When I looked up the waybill reference, it was a courier last year to god knows where.

Conclusion: there is no one who knows your BT application status. Fullstop.

I just found out my WATAMI March Statement's Bonus Point of 1500 is because of conversion to e-Statement

i also just received my e-statement at 1835hrs. Very efficient. How does the point system works? I got 2000 bonus points

500 Points for Signup the Card
1500 Points for e-Statement

Okay...Just paid my first Watami cc bill at Aeon Credit counter using personal cheque.
Asked why can't pay via maybank2u? They said Watami is too new... there is no announcement... depends on HQ.
Will try again the next statement.

For Watami card, say if I purchased 3 air conds from electrical shop (not those chain store) with total bill RM3000, am I entitled to get rebate RM150 by 3 months later?
Anyone clarified whether insurance premium is entitled 3% rebate or not?

spend up to 5k to get 150, as for insurance as long as it doesn't fall in the exclusion categories like fuel, BT,fees ,etc

RM3000 x 3% = RM90 only....

Nobody (to date) has received the 3% Quarterly Cash Rebate as this card is very new ( so new that we can't pay via M2U)
Insurance Premium should be included.

Today I faxed an official complaint form to AEON in regards to Maybank2U payment for WATAMI CC.... let's see if there's any response.

Maybe other forummers should complain to ensure their Mgmt is aware
