Anyone know if the last Sunday 5% petrol rebate will be eaten into the quarterly rebate or it's a separate rebate?

Yes. We do not get anything on petrol expenses unless you swipe it on last Sunday of the month, then u will get 5% rebate. This is confirmed by AEON.

anyone know if AEON watami charge if setup for direct debit? as MBB charge RM1.00 per transaction.

LOL. I know we do get the 5% on last Sunday of the month thus I'm asking if the rebate will be accumulated with the RM 150 cap or it's a separate RM 50 cap alone by its own. Reason is, I max the cap every quarterly so no point if the RM 50 cap is a subset of the RM 150.

Yes just called to CS. I have requested for e-statement in the first place, however they still sending me hard copy. Asked why happened like this, she said maybe IT dept get something wrong detail, so she help to re-set for e-statement.

after 2 weeks of application, i call to CS to ask my application status and they told me they didn't receive my application form anyone encounter this before?

mine quite efficient when i applied some time ago. within 1 week of application, i received the call from their hq confirming my application details.

Yes, biasalah from Aeon... I sent my form to Branch, but then customer service said didnt receive, after few weeks, I re-applied at Aeon Big Hypermarket, then follow up will calls a day after, then call again after a week, then dapat.....

You can just apply another WATAMI and cancel the AEON Gold...that's what I did
